Baby shower cake makes viewers hungry

A baby shower based on a “Very Hungry Caterpillar” theme is genius on so many levels. It’s unisex, it’s original and it works with every color. That’s why I was thrilled when repeat customers Rosali and Jose asked me to do their baby shower cake. They were understanding and trusting enough to give me some guidelines and let me run with it.
Here’s how the cake turned out:

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
